I got the results back from my skin health testing kit, which showed some mild imbalance in my skin's microbiome and traits. The report's recommendation was to buy all of their skin care products (except for the longevity oil), so I'm not sure what the point was in getting the lab tests done if the solution to my skin's [very minimal] problems wasn't going to be tailored to my specific situation. In other words, in my opinion, save your money and either buy their skin care products, or don't. I like the idea of understanding skin at a scientific level, but maybe there's still a gap between the lab results and the products offered to fix skin issues.
Additionally, my test kit came with a registration process that didn't work, so I had to get help from their support staff. Then it took almost 2 months to actually get the results back, because their lab was apparently behind on work. The customer support was really great though - very communicative and helpful.
I've always struggled with a few different issues like oily skin and sensitivity. The test gave me all kinds of insights and it turns out my skins microbiome was all out of whack. Working on balancing with the live probiotic concentrate. Will report back soon!
